Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and inventory details
- Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and other documents
- Coordinate with sales team for order processing and delivery schedules
- Handle RTO documentation and vehicle registration process
- Manage finance and insurance documentation (loan files, approvals, etc.)
- Follow up with customers for pending documents or payments
- Maintain stock records and update daily sales reports
- Handle basic accounts work (billing, receipts, payment entries)
- Respond to customer queries via phone/email
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all showroom documents
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of billing software (preferred)
- Understanding of RTO and vehicle documentation (added advantage)
Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher's can apply)
