- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR Management Software (HRIS) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail when handling confidential information.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Conduct new hire orientations and inductions, as well as process resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
