Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll & Statutory Compliance Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The candidate must be capable of independently handling end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and labor law requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Independently manage end-to-end payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labor laws.
- Experience in handling payroll audits, returns, and compliance documentation.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferable HRone HRMS Software)
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
- This is a specialist role; candidates with predominantly HR Generalist experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
