We are an interior production company specializing in the manufacturing of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete factory operations.
- Lead and coordinate production teams, including operation managers, machine operators, helpers, and supervisors.
- Plan daily production activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across all departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Maintain production schedules and workflow.
- Implement quality control standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and installation teams.
- Handle workforce management, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in interior production or furniture manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing factory operations and production teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture manufacturing processes.
- Experience in production planning, quality control, and factory administration.
- Ability to handle multiple departments and ensure smooth factory operations.
