We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Video Editor & Camera Operator who has a good understanding of video editing, camera handling, shooting, and content creation.
This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with 0–1 year of experience who has practical knowledge of video production and is eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot videos for social media, corporate content, reels, events, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle cameras, tripods, gimbals, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
- Edit videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Perform basic color correction, transitions, subtitles, sound editing, and effects.
- Ensure proper camera framing, angles, lighting, and audio during shoots.
- Assist in planning video concepts, scripts, and shoot requirements.
- Manage and organize raw footage and project files.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to create creative video content.
- Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles, and Reels formats.
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, and lighting.
- Basic knowledge of audio recording and sound editing.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals.
- Willingness to handle both shooting and editing responsibilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple content requirements.
Added Advantage
- Personal projects, college projects, YouTube channel, Instagram Reels, or a video editing portfolio/showreel.
- Knowledge of gimbal, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, motion graphics, or basic animation.
- Knowledge of current Instagram/YouTube video trends.
Pay: ₹10,283.47 - ₹25,000.00 per month
