Job Summary
House of Fett is looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Executive to monitor CCTV systems, ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and customers, and promptly report any suspicious activities or security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, policy violations, or security risks.
- Maintain surveillance logs and prepare daily incident reports.
- Coordinate with store managers, security personnel, and relevant departments during emergencies.
- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations or audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and company information.
- Follow company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in loss prevention initiatives and internal investigations.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or surveillance operations (retail experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
