The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative coordination, office operations, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, documentation, travel arrangements, courier management, and support activities related to HR and administration functions. The role requires strong coordination skills, record management, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource (HR)
· Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
· Draft and maintain HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).
· Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records.
· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).
· Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
· Coordinate training & development programs.
2. Administration
· Oversee office administration, housekeeping and vendor management.
· Maintain office supplies, infrastructure and facility management.
· Handle travel bookings, guest management and event coordination.
· Support management in organizing meetings, documentation and reports.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
· Updating sheets, maintain stocks records, Inventory update & monitor Min-Max Stock.
· Maintain sample inventory & arranging sample.
· Co-ordering with vendor for procurement & refilling stock.
· Co-ordering with courier person for daily dispatch related & Immediate assistance if required.
· Booking ticket for team member & verify the sales team's monthly expense.
· Ensure smooth coordination between departments for operational support.
3. Requirements
· Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 0-1 years of experience in HR & Administration.
· Basic knowledge of HR practices, statutory compliance and office management.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
· Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management
· Vendor coordination and follow-up skills & Problem-solving and time management abilities.
