We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Identity Security Associate (Saviynt Architect Level) with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), particularly on the Saviynt platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise IAM solutions, ensuring secure access governance, regulatory compliance, and streamlined identity lifecycle operations across the organization.
This role requires hands-on experience in Saviynt EIC, access provisioning, RBAC, SoD implementation, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory and Azure AD.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement Saviynt IAM/IGA solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Configure and manage Saviynt EIC modules, including Access Request System (ARS), Access Certifications, RBAC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and connectors for identity provisioning and governance processes.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and scripting.
- Manage user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, access reviews, and de-provisioning.
- Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud applications to enable automated access management.
- Ensure IAM architecture adheres to security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system scalability.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM enhancements and governance controls.
- Support audit requirements by implementing compliant access review and entitlement management processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt EIC / Saviynt IGA
- Expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, REST APIs, and Scripting
- Experience in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) design and enforcement
- Experience with Access Request System (ARS) and access certifications
- Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management
- Experience integrating with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) architecture
- Ability to design scalable IAM workflows and governance models
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SailPoint or Okta
- Knowledge of Azure / AWS security frameworks
- Familiarity with IAM compliance standards and audit processes
- Exposure to enterprise-scale IAM transformation projects
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
