We are looking for motivated and ambitious freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE).
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and selling our technology products and services, including software development, web & mobile applications, digital solutions, and other IT services.
No prior sales experience? That's absolutely fine!
We provide complete sales training and guidance to help you understand B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, product pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Present and pitch IT products and services to prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Negotiate with prospects and support the sales closing process.
- Maintain lead and sales activity records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
