Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining IT and network infrastructure, including basic support for servers, routers, switches, and communication systems.
- Support the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of network devices and related software/hardware.
- Help monitor system performance and network uptime to ensure smooth connectivity.
- Assist in implementing basic network security measures such as firewalls and VPNs under supervision.
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues raised by internal teams.
- Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation related to network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in performing data backups and supporting disaster recovery processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for basic IT support tasks.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and assist in improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Basic knowledge of network security concepts (firewalls, VPNs).
- Understanding of Windows/Linux environments is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory.
Internship Duration : 6 Months [Performance will be evaluated upon completion of the internship period. Based on the evaluation, a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be extended]
Stipend : 12,000/month
