We are hiring enthusiastic candidates for a Customer Support / Sales Associate role in a personal loan sales domain for our client. The role involves handling customer interactions, assisting with loan applications, and driving conversions through effective communication.
● Handle inbound/outbound calls related to loan applications ● Assist customers with loan queries and documentation
● Explain loan products and guide customers through the process
● Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Eligibility:
● Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate
● Freshers can apply
● Prior experience in tele calling or sales is an advantage Skills Required:
● Good communication skills (English / Hindi / Tamil)
● Basic computer knowledge ● Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment Shift timing -9 am - 6 pm. Weekly 6 days working, with rotational offs
