Job Title: Two Wheeler Mechanic
Department: Service Department
Reports To: Service Manager / Workshop Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Two Wheeler Mechanic is responsible for carrying out repairs, periodic maintenance, and servicing of two-wheelers. The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to company service standards and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic maintenance services (PMS) on motorcycles and scooters.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Inspect engines, brakes, suspension, transmission systems, and other vehicle components.
- Carry out repairs, replacements, and adjustments of spare parts as required.
- Conduct road tests before and after repairs when necessary.
- Maintain service records and accurately update job cards.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced within the committed delivery time.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and workshop procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools and the work area.
- Inform the Service Advisor or Supervisor about additional repairs required.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Assist junior technicians when required and participate in technical training programs.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in two-wheeler servicing and repairs.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of two-wheeler mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to use workshop tools and equipment effectively.
- Basic understanding of fuel injection systems and modern two-wheeler technology.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and attention to detail.

- Productivity and efficiency in service completion.
- First-time repair success rate.
- Adherence to delivery timelines.
- Customer satisfaction and reduced repeat repairs.
- Compliance with safety and quality standards.
Working Conditions:
- Work involves standing for extended periods and handling tools and vehicle components.
- May require overtime during peak service periods.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
