• Manage and ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of engineering data, documents, and models across projects and operational assets. • Support engineering data management processes through quality assessments, risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration. • Act as a key point of contact for engineering data support, ensuring accurate, compliant, and accessible information for business decision-making Skillset • Assess and validate engineering data, documents, and models to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards. • Implement and monitor data quality controls, governance processes, and audit requirements. • Identify data-related risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Support engineering data cleanup, migration, and maintenance activities, including CAD-related documentation. • Generate quality and performance reports to support operational and management decisions. • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage service requests related to engineering data systems. • Contribute to process improvements, data standards development, and system enhancement initiatives. • Collaborate with engineering, project, and business stakeholders to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Qualification and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process Engineering, or related discipline). • 5+ years of experience in Engineering Data Management, CAD Design, or Document Management within a project-driven environment. • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical documentation, and engineering data lifecycle management. • Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Engineering Data Warehouses. • Knowledge of information governance, quality assurance, data analytics, and risk management practices. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and customer support skills. • Experience in process improvement, requirements management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
