Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries promptly
- Make outbound calls for leads , follow-ups, or feedback collection
- Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems
- Meet weekly call targets (there is NO sales target for this role)
- Provide product/service information clearly and accurately
- Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when necessary
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Good listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Qualifications:
- Minimum: Plus Two
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service or real estate is an advantage (not mandatory for entry-level roles)
