We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in cold calling for the US market. with experience in cold calling for the US market. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating client conversations, and supporting the broader sales team in driving engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market
- Identify and qualify leads through effective probing and research
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Understand client requirements and position company offerings accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities including follow-ups, coordination, and reporting
- Contribute to improving sales processes and outreach strategies
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
