Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine mechanical maintenance, inspection, repair, and servicing of plant equipment and machinery.
- Check and maintain gearbox, hydraulic, lubrication, oil levels, bearings, belts, couplings, and pumps.
- Attend and rectify water, air, steam, chemical, and process pipeline leakages.
- Replace and maintain glands, stators, oil seals, gaskets, bearings, belts, and mechanical components as required.
- Perform greasing, oiling, tightening, alignment, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, agitators, compressors, fans, filter presses, GLRs, and other plant machinery.
- Carry out maintenance of valves, pipelines, manholes, doors, hydraulic systems, and material handling equipment.
- Perform cleaning and routine inspection of filters, blowers, cooling units, and other mechanical equipment.
- Attend breakdown maintenance and ensure equipment is restored safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures, work permits, PPE requirements, and maintenance practices during all activities.
- Maintain proper maintenance records and report equipment abnormalities to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for planned and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Perform any other maintenance-related work assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
