Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Senior Accountant to manage and streamline our financial operations. This role requires deep expertise in Zoho Books, payment gateway reconciliation, and accounting processes tailored to a service-based business. You will work closely with management and operational teams, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial clarity as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage complete accounting operations: bookkeeping, ledgers, financial statements,
and monthly closing.
● Independently handle Zoho Books (invoices, expenses, ledgers, integrations, reports,
and reconciliation).
● Oversee settlements, fee accounting, refunds, and reconciliation through payment
gateways such as Cashfree (mandatory), Razorpay, and Stripe.
● Track daily transactions, revenue streams, and ensure accurate categorization.
● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
● Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance; coordinate with auditors for filing and
verification.
● Manage vendor payments, receivables, and internal controls.
● Identify financial discrepancies, operational leakages, and recommend process
improvements.
● Support leadership with strategic financial insights and reporting.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
● Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
Mandatory:
● Advanced, hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
● Proven experience with payment gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe) including
settlements, reports, and reconciliations.
● Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
● Solid understanding of financial principles, ledgers, taxation, and statutory compliance.
● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mentality.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
