Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete kitchen operations and food preparation
- Create and manage café-style menus
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Train kitchen staff on recipes, SOPs, and food safety
- Monitor inventory, food costing, and wastage control
- Ensure FSSAI hygiene and safety compliance
- Support franchise outlet kitchen setup and operations
- Introduce seasonal and promotional menu items
- Coordinate with management for daily operations and customer feedback
Skills Required
- Knowledge of:
- Continental cuisine
- Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisine
- Kitchen management & stock control
- Staff training and leadership
- Menu planning & recipe standardization
- Communication and team handling skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
