- Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, villas, or suites according to resort standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming, and scrubbing bathrooms.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, towels, robes, and coffee supplies.
- Public Area Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness in shared resort spaces like lobbies, pathways, poolsides, and fitness centers.
- Linen Management: Collect soiled linens and towels and send them to the laundry area, replacing them with fresh stock.
- Reporting Issues: Notify the maintenance team immediately about broken fixtures, leaky faucets, or safety hazards.
- Lost and Found: Report any items left behind by guests to management following standard protocol
