Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and fast ROI. The candidate should be
hands-on with ad platforms and capable of scaling campaigns while maintaining strong cost-per-lead efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and bid strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, and ROI.
- Design and run campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation.
- Create and test landing pages, lead forms, and ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad platforms.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and pixels.
- Knowledge of funnels and landing page optimization.
- Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining ROI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Webflow, or Unbounce.
