Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the complete HR function for a reputed diamond company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR leadership, employee management, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall HR function and HR strategy.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
- Develop training, learning, and employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with senior management on workforce planning and organizational requirements.
- Build a strong company culture and effective employee engagement practices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Diamond, Jewellery, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership/Head HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Salary: Competitive / As per experience and profile
Preference: Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
