CTRLRoom Systems is looking for creative, energetic, and trend-aware individuals to join our team as Social Media & Content Executive / Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, content planning, audience engagement strategies, and content execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with campaigns and events
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and field teams for smooth content execution
- Write engaging captions, post copies, descriptions, and audience-facing communication
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
- Monitor trends, hashtags, audience behavior, and competitor activities
- Track engagement, reach, and overall platform performance
- Assist in campaign planning, audience engagement, and digital growth strategies
- Handle basic community engagement including comments, DMs, and public interactions
Skills Preferred:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, or English
- Basic understanding of branding, content strategy, and audience engagement
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with a strong execution mindset
- Political and public communication awareness will be an added advantage
