KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer requirements, Design and provide customized solutions, recommend standard products.
- Coordinate with Quality & Production teams to address customer complaints, NCRs, and field issues regarding connectors and cable harnesses.
- Convert customer technical requirements into commercial proposals with coordination from Engineering and NPD teams.
- Work closely with Product Development & Engineering teams to support customer-specific connector/cable customization.
- Analyze competitor offerings to position company products and value additions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote company products.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer).
- Strong knowledge of connector technology, electronics, and related industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. (Hindi Language is must)
- Ability to travel (up to 50%).
- Basic knowledge in 3D & 2D Software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS).
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
