Email - [email protected] LYKE TRENDS About the Brand: LYKE TRENDS is a growing fashion brand focused on delivering trend-driven, quality apparel while building a strong offline and online presence Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Marketing Intern who will be present at our offline store location to manage the sales team, oversee visual merchandising, and actively support marketing initiatives. This role combines on-ground sales coordination, store presentation, and online campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Be present at the store to supervise and coordinate the sales team Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets Maintain high standards of customer service and in-store experience Plan and execute visual merchandising and store displays to enhance product appeal Ensure attractive window displays and proper product placement Plan and execute online marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp marketing, promotions) Coordinate festive offers, in-store promotions, and campaign activities Track basic sales data and prepare simple performance reports Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, social media handling, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Understanding or interest in visual merchandising and retail display Interest in fashion retail and marketing Proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing on-ground operations What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in retail sales and team management Practical exposure to visual merchandising and store branding Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
