· Prepare detailed BOQs for commercial interior and fit-out projects based on architectural and design drawings.
· Take-off quantities for civil, architectural, interior finishing, partition, ceiling, flooring, doors, joinery, painting and other related works.
· Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, quantities, omissions, and discrepancies.
· Verify MEP BOQs received from consultants, including quantities and scope coverage for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and other MEP services.
· Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, project managers and site teams for clarification of drawings, specifications and quantities.
· Prepare detailed rate analysis for various construction and interior works.
· Assist in preparation and evaluation of vendor/subcontractor quotations and comparison statements.
· Review contractor/subcontractor measurements and verify quantities against drawings and actual site conditions.
· Assist in preparation and checking of RA bills, variation statements, extra items and reconciliation statements.
· Maintain quantity records, BOQ revisions and project cost-related documentation.
· Identify variations between tender BOQ, drawings and actual site execution and maintain proper records.
· Support project teams in cost control, budget monitoring and commercial management.
· Ensure proper documentation and tracking of approved drawings, BOQs, revisions and quantity changes.

Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor / QS Engineer – Commercial Interiors: 4 years (Preferred)
