Job Description:
The Fit Cubs is looking for energetic and passionate coaches to join our team as part-time In-School Program Coaches. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide children aged 2 to 10 years through engaging sports activities designed to promote their growth and development. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about sports and enjoy working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate sports activities for children aged 2 to 10 years in our in-school program.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with the company's objectives and cater to the needs of different age groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during sports activities.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators regarding program updates, participant progress, and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to continuously improve the quality of the program.
Requirements:
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Passion for working with children and promoting their physical and social development.
- Any graduate degree.
- Experience in playing sports is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work part-time from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
