We are looking for a Textile/Garment Production Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to manage production activities, supervise workers, ensure quality standards, and meet production targets efficiently. Strong leadership and process improvement skills are required.
Skills Required:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers in the textile unit (e.g., weaving, spinning, dyeing, stitching, finishing, or packing).
- Plan, organize, and monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure raw materials, tools, and machinery are available and in good working condition.
- Maintain product quality by enforcing quality control standards throughout the process.
- Train and guide workers on proper operating procedures, machine handling, and safety compliance.
- Inspect machinery regularly and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of production output, waste, rework, and employee attendance.
- Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve employee issues and motivate the team to achieve productivity goals.
