Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audits. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in finalization of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns.
- Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- CA Intermediate (Both Groups/One Group cleared).
- Articleship completed or currently pursuing.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
