Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba, SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P), Sourcing, SLP, and Contract Management
- Experience in: Approval workflows configuration & issue resolution, Catalog management, Supplier onboarding and supplier lifecycle processes, Ariba integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA, Requirement gathering and business documentation, Production support and incident management
- Strong ABAP development skills in: Reports (Classical / ALV), Interfaces, Enhancements (User Exits, BADI), SmartForms / Adobe Forms,Data Dictionary objects.
- Integration experience with: IDocs, RFC, APIs, Web Services, Strong debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba and SAP ABAP.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
