Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Curtain Designer to join our team at Pretfab.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrics, color palettes, design software, and client management, and will represent the brand with elegance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand design requirements and propose customized curtain and drapery solutions.
- Create detailed curtain layouts and designs using AutoCAD and Photoshop.
- Advise clients on fabric selection, color combinations, trims, and functional enhancements (motorization, layering, etc.).
- Prepare and present moodboards, fabric samples, and concept visualizations.
- Coordinate with the in-house production and installation teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain high standards of client communication, service, and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Can be from the interior design back ground.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in curtain/furnishing design for high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of fabrics, linings, drapery styles, and curtain hardware systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Canva and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent design sense, color theory knowledge, and detailing.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong client handling abilities with a polished, professional personality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, timelines, and aesthetic excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Textile Design, or related field preferred.
