Patient Care & Clinical Support: Assist senior consultants/ Surgeon/ Asst. Surgeon in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care of patients, ensuring delivery of safe, ethical, and patient-centric healthcare.
Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Conduct patient evaluations, assist in diagnosis, and support treatment planning in line with established clinical protocols, medical guidelines, and best practices.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with consultants/ Surgeon/ Asst. Surgeon, nurses, anesthetists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
Patient Communication & Counselling: Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner.
Diagnostic & Procedural Assistance: Assist in conducting diagnostic investigations including physical examinations, laboratory tests, and imaging procedures to support accurate diagnosis and timely intervention.
Continuity of Care: Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to monitor clinical progress pre- and post-procedure/surgery and report observations to the treating consultant.
Emergency Care: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, following established emergency protocols, and coordinate with the medical team to provide immediate care. Ensure appropriate use of helpline and escalation mechanisms.
Documentation & Record Management: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records in compliance with statutory regulations, hospital policies, and clinical documentation standards.
Quality Improvement & Research: Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and implementation of evidence-based medical practices to support continuous improvement in patient care.
Insurance & Administrative Support: Assist patients with insurance-related documentation, queries, and claim processes in coordination with the administrative and billing teams.
Professional Conduct & Compassion: Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and ethical behavior in all patient interactions, contributing to a positive patient experience and organizational reputation.
Emergency Response: Must be prepared to respond to emergencies with poise and confidence, working closely with the medical team to provide immediate, life-saving care, and ensure the helpline number is always available and used when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
