Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior CAD Designer (HOD) to lead our jewellery CAD team. The role involves overseeing design development, managing a team of designers, and ensuring high-quality CAD outputs aligned with production and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CAD design team for jewellery projects
- Create and review high-quality CAD designs for diamond jewellery
- Ensure designs are production-friendly and technically accurate
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and sales teams
- Oversee design timelines, quality control, and workflow management
- Guide and mentor junior designers to improve team performance
- Stay updated with market trends and new design techniques
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in jewellery CAD designing (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Matrix, Rhino, or similar CAD software
- Proven experience in team handling or leadership role
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to design aesthetics
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
