Job Description
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging, play-based lesson plans that introduce basic literacy, numeracy, and creative skills.
- Child Development & Care: Support emotional and social growth, including managing routines, play, and hygiene.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Observation & Assessment: Monitor and document students' progress, developmental milestones, and learning styles.
- Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents regarding child behavior, progress, and needs.
- Safety & Supervision: Ensure constant supervision and adhere to health and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is often preferred.
- Certification: Teaching certification or license for early childhood education.
- Experience: Previous experience working with young children (e.g., daycare, preschool).
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, creativity,, and, interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.49 - ₹25,367.44 per month
