Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to follow leads, interact with clients, conduct property site visits, and close residential, commercial, and plot transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.
* Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online portals.
* Understand clients’ budget, requirements, and investment objectives.
* Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and investment potential.
* Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
* Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
* Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
* Develop relationships with existing and new clients.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Stay updated about new projects, market trends, competitors, and property prices.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Good negotiation and sales skills.
* Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
* Basic knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway real estate market is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM and social media.
* Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Eligibility
* Education: Graduate.
* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
* Previous experience in real estate, banking, insurance, or other sales industries will be an advantage.
