Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma to design engaging and user-centric interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a thorough understanding of user experience principles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
- Provide input on the overall user experience strategy and help define user journeys.
- Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
