Project Manager
Job Description
- Driving standup, daily scrum meetings and agile work item planning
- Technical architecture and user story planning
- Saas experience with cross-function team coordination
- Managing github, jira, etc.
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, priorities and deliverables.
- Understand healthcare and hospital workflows and convert business requirements into product requirements.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria and feature requirements.
- Coordinate with Developers, QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts and healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
- Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
- Prioritize features based on customer requirements and business value.
- Coordinate with clients/hospitals and understand their EHR/EMR requirements.
- Collect user feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Maintain project documentation, reports and product documentation.
- Work closely with leadership to align product development with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end EHR/EMR product development and project delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Product Management / Product Ownership.
- Experience in EHR/EMR or Healthcare IT preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Good understanding of Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.
- Good understanding of EHR/EMR modules and hospital workflows.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, CSPO or PSPO certification is an advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Product Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- System Architecture: 2 years (Preferred)
