Job Qualification:-
- Any graduate with accounting background, B. Com preferable
- Graduates and/or post graduates with 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities -
- End‑to‑End Finance Delivery Ownership (Multi‑Process)
- Overall accountability for Credit Control, Fixed Assets (FAME), Accounts Receivable, Fleet Edge, FME, and VME processes including accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Service Delivery & Governance Management
- Ownership of SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, productivity, and governance reviews across all reporting Team Leaders and processes.
- Senior People Leadership & Team Management
- Managing Team Leaders, driving performance, capability building, succession planning, and ensuring consistent execution across large teams.
- Stakeholder & Business Partner Management
- Acting as single point of contact for senior business stakeholders, resolving escalations, aligning finance outcomes with business goals.
- Controls, Compliance & Audit Oversight
- Strong governance over SOX/internal controls, audit readiness, policy adherence, and risk mitigation across AR, FA, and Marketing Expenses.
- Transformation & Continuous Improvement Leadership
- Driving standardization, automation, system optimization, and process improvements across multi‑tower finance operations.
Skills & Experience -
- Financial & Business Acumen
- Strong understanding of AR, credit risk, fixed assets, marketing expenses (FME/VME), provisioning, and business impact on P&L and cash flow.
- MIS, Analytics & Executive Reporting
- Consolidated MIS, dashboards, trend and variance analysis, performance insights for leadership, client, and governance reviews.
- Process Excellence & Transformation Support
- Exposure to standardization, automation, RPA, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Effective coordination with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, AP, IT, Audit, and Operations teams for seamless end‑to‑end delivery.
- Change & Risk Management
- Managing transitions, handling change impact, risk identification, issue resolution, and ensuring stability during process or system changes.
- Presentation & Communication Skills
- Strong executive communication, governance presentations, decision ppers, and storytelling with data.
- Strong experience in Marketing Expense Accounting (FME/VME)
- Good understanding of sales schemes, incentive calculations, and provisions
- High attention to detail and audit orientation
- Experience managing high volume, rule based operations
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
