Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals, and other referral partners.

Conduct regular field visits to meet referral sources and promote hospital services.

Identify new referral opportunities and generate business leads.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient referrals and service delivery.

Organize CME programs, health camps, awareness sessions, and marketing events.

Track referral data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
-
Ensure achievement of referral targets and business growth objectives.

Address queries and concerns of referral partners promptly and professionally.

Maintain updated records of referral doctors and partner organizations.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related field.

MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management will be preferred.
Experience

3–6 years of experience in Referral Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Business Development, or Healthcare Marketing.

Experience in handling doctor referrals and institutional relationships will be preferred.
