Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace handling, sales growth strategies, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle product listings, optimization, and catalog management
- Monitor and improve sales performance, conversion rates, and visibility
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (PPC, promotions, deals)
- Analyze sales reports, settlements, and account performance
- Ensure inventory management and avoid stock-outs
- Maintain account health (returns, cancellations, policy compliance)
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations)
- Develop and implement growth strategies for scaling accounts
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Understanding of ads (PPC), SEO, and listing optimization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling multiple brands/accounts
- Knowledge of FBA, Easy Ship, and logistics models
- Familiarity with tools for reporting and analytics
