Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with stock ordering.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in menu planning and development when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
