Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of intricate solutions that span multiple towers and service areas, focusing on transformational opportunities. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring that the best mix of offerings and capabilities is utilized to deliver maximum value. You will engage in strategic discussions, assess client needs, and guide your team in executing complex projects, all while maintaining a focus on innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end PLM data migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM).
- Analyze legacy data, define object mappings, and configure migration templates.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
- Execute dry runs and production loads while monitoring logs and resolving errors.
-Ensure data integrity and accuracy through pre- and post-migration validation.
- Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and Windchill admin teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and migration status updates.
- Provide post-migration support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) configuration and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill data model, object types, and business logic.
- Experience in data migration from PLM systems like Windchill or Teamcenter
- Proficiency in XML, SQL, and scripting (Python or Java) for data handling and automation.
- Understanding of CAD data structures (Creo, NX, SolidWorks) and related EPMDocument migration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Cloud-to-Cloud or On-Prem to Cloud migration environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
