Shishu Sarothi is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team working with children and young adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties, along with associated developmental challenges.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
- Implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies to support effective communication.
- Provide therapeutic intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and other developmental conditions.
- Conduct parent counseling sessions and provide home-based intervention guidance.
- Maintain accurate therapy records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support and intervention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Hearing / Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is preferred.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
