- Setting Out & Surveying: Using GPS/GNSS or total station instruments to accurately set out the site, marking levels and positions for structural elements.
- Technical Supervision: Interpreting blueprints and structural drawings to guide construction crews on site, ensuring work adheres to specifications.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Conducting inspections, monitoring material quality, and performing tests (e.g., concrete slump tests) to ensure structural integrity.
- Safety Adherence: Ensuring all health and safety legislation is followed, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Resource Management: Coordinating materials, machinery, and personnel to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining daily progress reports (DPR), site diaries, and records of work carried out.
- Liaison: Acting as a bridge between the project manager, clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
Pay: ₹10,781.81 - ₹37,959.31 per month
