Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Handling workshop daily operations, including attendance, admin etc
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after sales, ensuring smooth post-delivery support and relationship management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers to enhance satisfaction, trust, and long-term collaboration.
- Conduct regular account reviews covering service performance, vehicle uptime, cost efficiency, and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with service workshops, field technicians, spare parts teams, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage customer complaints, vehicle breakdown cases, and service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), service standards, and company policies.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- 4-8 Years of experience in 2W space as Service Manager/Workshop Manager/After Sales Service
- Strong understanding of automotive service operations and warranty processes
- Excellent customer handling and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with ability to grow after-sales revenue
- Strong coordination and escalation management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
