About the Role
Join our team and help insured patients experience a smooth and hassle-free hospital discharge process. As a Sales Executive, you will be stationed at partner hospitals, educate patients and their attendants about our services, and coordinate with hospital staff to drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain the company's hospital discharge services and benefits to patients and attendants.
- Generate sales by converting eligible patients.
- Coordinate with hospital staff for smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hospital stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Insurance Sales, or Field Sales
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
