WE ARE HIRING – Manager on Duty (MOD)
Perumalla Hospital, Nalgonda is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager on Duty (MOD) to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital operations and administration.
- Good knowledge of MOD roles and responsibilities.
- Experience in handling insurance processes, including pre-authorizations, claims, and TPA coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient grievances and operational issues.
- Monitor staff performance and departmental coordination.
- Manage emergency situations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate insurance approvals, documentation, and claim processing.
Candidates with prior experience in both MOD duties and hospital insurance operations will be preferred.
