Need 5+ years of experience. We are hiring a Creative Head to lead and manage the complete operations of our digital marketing agency. This is a senior leadership role — not a specialist position. The Creative Head will be responsible for everything: creative strategy, team management, client servicing, campaign execution, delivery quality, AI-powered workflows, and overall agency performance. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
The Creative Head will lead and manage all internal teams including creative, content, design, video, social media, and performance marketing. You will set clear goals for each team member, track daily work progress, conduct regular reviews, and ensure accountability across the board. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring team members, and for building an efficient, high-performance work culture within the agency.
Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning
You will plan, review, and supervise digital marketing strategies for all client accounts. This includes reviewing and approving content calendars, creative briefs, captions, ad copies, video scripts, and campaign ideas before they go to clients. You will guide the team with creative direction, industry trends, and platform-specific best practices to ensure every campaign is relevant, effective, and brand-consistent.
AI Tools Adoption & Workflow Integration
The Creative Head will be responsible for driving the agency's adoption of AI tools across all functions. This includes personally using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms for content ideation, copywriting, image generation, video creation, and campaign planning. More importantly, you will lead the team in integrating these tools into daily workflows — reducing turnaround time, improving creative output, and building an AI-first agency culture. You will identify which processes can be automated or accelerated using AI, train team members accordingly, and set standards for responsible and effective AI usage within the agency.
Client Communication & Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is a primary KPI of this role. The Creative Head will own all client communication including meetings, feedback discussions, approval cycles, revision rounds, and monthly performance presentations. You will ensure every client feels well-serviced, informed, and confident in the agency's work. New client onboarding, expectation-setting, and escalation resolution will also fall directly under this role.
Delivery, Execution & Quality Control
You will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all deliverables — including posts, reels, ads, creatives, campaign reports, and performance summaries. Nothing leaves the agency without your review and approval. You will maintain structured workflows from brief to delivery, coordinate between internal team members, freelancers, and vendors, and monitor live campaign performance to course-correct whenever needed.
Agency Operations & Reporting
The Creative Head will continuously improve agency-wide processes, SOPs, productivity systems, and reporting formats. You will provide weekly performance updates to the agency director, manage team trackers and workload planning, identify operational bottlenecks, and resolve them proactively. Full ownership of the agency's creative output, client retention, and team performance is expected.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or agency management role
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with measurable results
- Strong command over major platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Ability to review, direct, and approve creatives, ad copies, content calendars, and video briefs end-to-end
- Hands-on working knowledge of AI tools — ChatGPT or similar LLMs for copywriting and ideation, Midjourney / Adobe Firefly for image generation, Runway / Sora / Kling for AI video, and ElevenLabs or equivalent for voiceovers
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into team workflows — not just personal use, but driving adoption across the team
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English — verbal and written
- Working knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
- Ability to manage a team of 5–15 people across different functions under tight deadlines
Good to Have
- Prior designation as Creative Head, Account Director, or Agency Operations Manager
- Hands-on experience with paid media strategy and campaign optimization (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, or influencer marketing workflows
- Experience building AI-powered content pipelines or automating repetitive agency tasks using AI
- A strong portfolio of multi-industry campaigns with demonstrated client satisfaction and performance outcomes

Every deadline is a commitment; if a deadline is at risk, it must be escalated before it is missed, not after. As Creative Head, your team's output is your output — you own it fully. No substandard work should leave the agency under your watch. AI tools are not optional — we expect you to know them, use them, and get your team using them. Transparent, proactive reporting to leadership is expected every week — no surprises.
