Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting openings on job boards, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare onboarding documents, manage new hire paperwork, and assist with exit formalities.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee databases, process HR-related paperwork, and ensure data accuracy.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building activities, company events, and engagement surveys.
- Employee Queries: Help address fundamental staff inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll information.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Pay: ₹4,999.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
