Key Responsibilities
- Search for relevant projects on Upwork based on the company's services.
- Write customized and compelling proposals for potential clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to project inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain records of proposals, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with Upwork trends, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Upwork or freelance marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong internet research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software development, and ui/ux designing
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in proposal writing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
