About Winngs
Winngs is a fast-growing food delivery platform connecting customers with local restaurants. We are expanding our restaurant network and are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can build relationships and help restaurants partner with Winngs.
Key Responsibilities
- Call restaurants and introduce Winngs and its services.
- Explain the benefits of joining the Winngs platform.
- Follow up with interested restaurant owners until onboarding is completed.
- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Handle restaurant inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and sales teams for smooth partner activation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales will be preferred.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
